The Interdependent Project Fellowship has been created to provide Sustainable Matrix Weavers with easy access to the most cutting edge, reliable, authentic, and...well what can we say..."best of the best"...organizations who are pioneering sustainable living.

The term "fellowship" was what we felt best described this community of organizations who have a deep commitment to the future AND an already existing understanding of INTERDEPENDENCE.

In fact - the Earth Charter
has the term in the preamble of the document.
Fellowship also is a word we relate to the Lord of the Rings which is a mythic journey that is allegorical to our present epic times.

As the Interdependent Project matrix grows more organizations will be invited into the fellowship and awarded the Interdependent Award of Excellence.

Fellowship organizations must meet high quality standards with the most important being that content of websites have to be solution orientated and "fear free"- which means that the organization discourages 'us vs them' world views and offers information from a
place of assuming the visitor has enough intelligence to have made it to their site and is in no need of being guilt tripped, brow beat into remorse for "all the damage we have done," or given condensending speeches with heavy doom and gloom preambles.

Finding organizations that meet just this basic criteria is a challenge in an ocean of non-profits who profit from the above approach to delivering their messages and/or 'education'.

The next part of the evaluation comes from how willing these organizations are to move toward 'interdependent' cooperative collaboration and away from worn out competition and paranoia around lost site traffic or members.

Building Interdependent Fellowship requires organizations based on cooperative principles to walk their talk.
